Jim Kelly is Black Samurai, an international spy and agent for the secret US government organisation D.R.A.G.O.N. Kelly springs into action when the daughter of a foreign dignitary is kidnapped, using all his considerable martial arts prowess to track her down. She has been abducted by a voodoo priest who is masterminding a new slavery ring, and Kelly is the only man who can put an end to his diabolical ambitions.
