When Bu (Shu Qi) a stunning young woman from a small fishing town in Taiwan stumbles across a romantic message in a bottle signed "Albert" she travels to Hong Kong in search of adventure and romance. Having tracked down Albert (Tony Leung), who unfortunately has a different agenda, she soon falls for dashing, rich businessman CN Chan (Jackie Chan - The Tuxedo, Rush Hour).
